Delete Account – Cortado Coffee App

At Cortado Coffee, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data using one of the following methods:

🔹 Method 1: From داخل the App

1. Open Cortado Coffee App
2. Go to Profile
3. Select Delete Account
4. Confirm your request

Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

🔹 Method 2: Contact Us

If you cannot access the app, please contact us via:

  support@cortado-coffee.com 

Please send the request from the same email or phone number used in the app and clearly state Delete Account Request.

📌 What data will be deleted?

• Name and phone number
• Delivery addresses
• Order history
• Any personal data linked to the account

⚠️ Note:  
Some non-personal or legally required transaction data may be retained if required by law.
